Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase at TrueFords. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
• You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned for a refund:

• Gift cards.
• Final sale, clearance items, or promotional bundles (unless they arrive damaged).
• Items that show clear signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused by our error.

The Return Process

To initiate a return, please send an email to truefordsfabric@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds & Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending entirely on your banking institution or card issuer.
