Order Processing Times
All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, which will include your carrier tracking number.
Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times
Our standard international shipping window takes approximately 7 to 15 business days for final delivery once the package leaves our fulfillment center. Please note that transit times may vary depending on the destination region, local carrier efficiency, or peak shopping seasons.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become fully active in the system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TrueFords is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon entering the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance costs, etc.).
Delays and Delivery Issues
While we do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives on schedule, unexpected customs inspections, global logistics bottlenecks, or severe weather conditions may cause temporary delays. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at truefordsfabric@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will open an immediate inquiry into the matter.
